The Red Sea Initiative is a network of foreign policy practitioners focusing on the affairs of the Horn of Africa and the surrounding region. The Red Sea Forum works to bring together policy makers, practitioners, and thinkers on the affairs of the Horn of Africa to address and analyze the region’s challenges and opportunities.
